I didn't start my career
as a designer.
My journey started in systems engineering, working on financial banking systems. I learned how technology, data, and complex systems operate. But I wanted to understand how those systems could communicate better with the people using them. That curiosity led me to product design.
Before becoming a designer, I worked in sales and operations within wholesale distribution business. Coming from a family involved in business and distribution, I was familiar with these environments from an early stage. I managed customers, inventory, teams, and daily operations.
Through that experience, I saw a common challenge: businesses often struggled not because of technology limitations, but because workflows were unclear and information was disconnected. That changed how I viewed design, not as creating screens, but as creating better ways for people and businesses to work.
Today, I combine my background in engineering, operations, and design to connect business goals, technical realities, and user needs.
