Hey there!
I'm Rina. I design for operational complexity, turning business logic into interfaces that actually make sense to use.
I studied Information Science and started as a system engineer on financial banking systems. Then I stepped into business operations: running sales, managing teams, and talking to customers every single day. That's where I first saw it firsthand: most business problems are actually people problems in disguise. That realisation brought me to design.
YouTube became my first design school at night, self-taught step by step. Those years across engineering, operations, and people sharpened how I think about design, manage projects, and work with developers and when a problem lands on the table, I can usually see the right direction fast.
Outside work, I talk like a parrot, ask me to explain something and I'll find the clearest way to say it, to anyone, anywhere.
When I'm not designing, I'm probably sketching doodles, drinking too much coffee, or figuring out why bubble tea always hits different after a long sprint.

Certificate and Achievements
Doctor Clone - Third Prize (China-Myanmar Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition)
A team of 3 built a physical prototype device for elderly and disabled users. When a family member sends a message, it displays on the device and is read aloud ensuring people with poor eyesight don't miss it. A single alert button lets users instantly notify their caretaker's phone in an emergency. We built using Arduino. Selected for Innovation For the Planet, then competed in the China-Myanmar Innovation Competition and brought home third prize.
Google UX Design Specialization - Certificate
Covered the full UX design process: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test, Iterate, and Handoff with two projects completed end-to-end. - Restaurant Booking App - designed to solve the experience of arriving at a fully booked restaurant, giving users real-time availability before they walk in the door. - Birthday Cake Delivery Website - designed for people celebrating across distances, allowing them to browse, customize, and send a cake directly to the birthday person. The part I enjoyed most was research synthesis, taking raw user data and turning it into product ideas that actually solve something real.
Google Project Management - Certificate
Alongside design, I’m actively learning project management and exploring how better communication and planning shape product outcomes.
Say hello!
I love discussing product ideas from different perspectives.
